Upon arrival at the cellar the harvest is first cooled, then through the three weeks necessary to the malolactic fermentation the temperature is strictly kept at 17°C.
Pale yellow with green streaks. Very aromatic and complex nose with hints of orange, lime and apricot. Fruity, round and sweet in-mouth texture lingering on both light and sensual aromas.
Drunk as an aperitif or kept for exotic dishes as well as for any other personal escapes.
